Early January 2020 we went along with the Qantas Airways crew for a 7-day road trip full of flying, filming, and driving starting in Palm Springs all the way up to The Golden Gate Bridge with many stops along the way. The intent was to create the desire among young Aussie professionals to travel to California and take advantage of the unique and beautiful scenery. They felt bringing in FPV drones with skilled pilots would be just the thing to spice their videos up, so we stepped in to help.

            This production would require us to fly our 5” Cinematic FPV Drone for chasing cars, getting the faster paced shots and flying longer distances. We also brought along our CineRig that has ducts around the props making is safe to fly closer to the subject. Both drones are equipped with a GoPro Hero 8, high power motors, our in house designed frames and some of the best electronics and FPV gear on the market today. These two state of the art drones, coupled with our Cinematic FPV Piloting skills allowed us to acquire all shots the Qantas Crew desired.
